Newbie question - firing order in 1FZ-FE (1 Viewer)

I've read a couple posts and other articles about folks changing the firing order from 1-5-3-6-2-4, to 1-2-3-4-5-6.

Am I reading this wrong or misunderstanding something? Isn't that bad for the engine balance/forces?

Can you set the firing order in the aftermarket ECUs, like Haltech?

Trying to learn. I have never heard of sequential firing until recently.

Cam and crank timing dictates firing order not the ECM.

Sequential ignition doesn't mean firing 1-2-3-4-5-6. You'd have to replace the camshaft and crankshaft to make this work and I assume it would be horribly unbalanced.
