Slee Off Road is in Golden and can outfit you to your hearts content. Sliders, 285/75/16, and watch out for where your exhaust passes under the frame and you will be able to do all those trails you mention with careful driving. Add a 2-3” lift and they will be a breeze. Consider you might need caster correction and a double cardan shaft for even that small of a lift, so prepare accordingly. You don’t need 35s for most of the trails in Colorado.

OME has a "stock height" suspension which actually gives you about 1" of lift. You don't need anything more for 33" (285/75R16) tires.
