Newb pinion flange question

I have a set of '78 FJ 40 axles that I'm putting under my land rover series 3. My rover driveshafts also have a 4 bolt flange but they're not identicle. I know on later 80 style axles the pinion flange is round and would have room to re-drill to 4 bolt rover pattern, but my 40 flange isn't round. I'm wondering if there's a pair of round flanges I can buy so I can have them re-drilled? Thanks

Looks like I may have answered my own question. Cruiser outfitters has a blank pinion flange for fine splines. I'm assuming this might work
