You might ask 4x4 Labs... however, the winch comes with a base plate that looks like it bolts to the 10x4.5" bolt pattern of a standard winch... so it should bolt up. The question is on the front. Ok but Im having a hard time justifying that crazy price when A I have a warn 12s and B Ive never needed it. But damn I like the 70

For that kind of money, you should be able to control it directly with your mind. Especially since you can buy perfectly good old used 8274's for $500 or less.

Warn sells a remote control. A small "receiver" plugs into existing control box (where wired remote plugs in) Then a small "key ring" size hand held remote controls the winch. I've got one. Works like a charm.

Not that I don't love it, but people have been getting 90% of the way there by updating their old 8274 with the motor and contactor from the 9.5 for years. Easy upgrade that works great.

4x4 labs bumper has to be ordered to work with the 8274 winch. I had that setup on my 80. If you already have a 12k winch then it is not the same winch mount plate.

Is this 8274 still available?. When to the site no price or info on availability. Interested in picking one up for my 80. I have an old 8274 on my Fj40 and have been totally happy with it. Love the new vintage limited new one.
