Can't tell if this is setup for cable or mechanical throttle connection.

If it was one of Marshall's, wouldn't it say THC on the front?

The member who I bought it said he was having problems with his original carb. He ordered a trollhole carb. Was going to be a couple weeks before it arrived. His original carb died and sent it to one of the carb guru's to be rebuilt. His original carb came back, installed it and ran perfect. Couple days later the new carb was delivered. It sat in his garage for a long time before he listed it for sale. I have had it over a year now. That's all I know about it.
