I have already made a couple of posts without introducing myself (bad manners....sorry).

Anyway, I found this forum when I went online trying to find out what lockers were.
Last year I had a guy call me up and ask if I wanted to sell my LC and if it had lockers. I didn't know what he was talking about.

Needless to say I know now (I don't have lockers). But that's how I found you guy's and became addicted to this site and "upgrading" the LC I've owned since 1994.

I've learned a lot searching through your posts and this past fall when my starter went bad I replaced the contacts using the great info posted on this sight. THANKS.

I bought my '94 FZJ80 when it was 4 months old and had 10k on it now it has 70k on it. I've only taken it on the beach here in North Carolina a few times but you guy's are tempting me to take it wheeling.

Anyway, I really like what you have done with your rigs and I look forward to learning from you all.

A '94 with 70K on the clock? Wow!

Get ready to lose your sanity and your cash!! But we all have fun doing it.

Welcome!!!:flipoff2:

Pics?

Welcome;

'94s are a good year. Mines only got around 75k.

You know, it's funny but I bought the LC because my wife liked it. And since she stayed home with our girls it really never got driven much.
That's why it doesn't have many miles.
How does yours have so few miles on it?

Thanks for the welcome!

How about some pics?:D

I'll get some up as soon as I can, but mine doesn't look nearly as good as the rigs on this site.

And thanks for the welcome.

Welcome :flipoff2:

My '94 just hit 150k.

You're a rare bird who knows the complete history of your rig before you build! Congrats on beginning to see things clearly. Have you done your front axle service yet?

No I haven't. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but what all is involved in that and how would I know if I needed to.

Every time I read the posts on this forum I learn how much I don't know.

Finally got some pics up. It's stock, but here it is.

Nice! Almost cant see your Green LC in the jungle. Great for sneek attacks. Congrats again.

I cant answer your question about the front end but if there is anything you need cosmetically, reach out bro.

Thanks CruiserJack and now I know who to reach out to if I ugly it up.

Every 60K on the ticker according to maintenance manual. Mine went 136K before I could get at it. Don't wait that long. 12HRS of fumbling around, learning, and drinking beer. And messy. Spend the leftover $ on a vacation to celebrate! Too much goo on the front axle/knuckles/wetness/clicking.
