Going in for 5.29s, ARBs, chromemolys and part time front hubs at the end of this month...

....ooooh baby!

:steer:

Beautifully executed

Well done - didn't take long for that transformation. Slee'd that thing out nicely. How do you like the slee rear with ladder - thinking I'm going with that one. Is there another mounting option for the hilift jack - I was thinking it could also mount at a diagonal angle so not sticking straight up? Possible clearance issue for me, that's why I ask. Well done transformation.

wow!, great job that thing sure is purdy!! i wish i got one in white :-/

Wow! You are a man of assertive action, and most likely a very lightened wallet!
Well done sir, I'm jelous!

The highlift sits at a bit of an angle behind the tire. There would be some fab to get it to sit at a greater angle but it would be possible. Slee makes some killer stout armor and (so far) I am happy with it. We will see for the shake down.

BADA$$ TRANSFORMATION!!!

Nicely done. Did you also go with slee's sliders?

They are Slee

Dude, I've got the same year model in an unlocked '97, and mine's still a poser. That's a great before and after! For the uninformed.... Slee front bumper?

All that in a month? Sick!

You need to spell out the specifics somewhere, but I suppose you don't have time to write since you spend all your time wrenching.

:smokin: 'nuff said! Wish I had the $$$$s to do that!

Nice job. I wish I had the dollars and skill to equal that transformation. And all in a month is crazy.

Man that's nice! Anymore details on the setup? What size tires? Lift..4" or 6"?

Looks fantastic, makes me feel slow this HG job has almost taken me as long as it took you to do all this.

very nice LX!

Thanks Fellas! Just finished the CB installation and antenna fixin'

Simple job but I like the quick disconnect for the Firestick:

Here's a list of the upgrades so far:

1) Slee f/r bumpers and sliders (their armor is stout and engineered to last)

2) Slee 6" springs and lift kit (OME components, drop brackets all around, rear adjustable upper control arms, adjustable panhard bar, etc.)

3) No sway bars f/r (hardly any front flex available with the front swaybar hooked in - not a big difference on road....really)

4) Mickey Thompson 37" tires on 17" black steelies w/ 4" backspacing

5) New Cobra CB with bluetooth capabilites

6) ONE LOUD A$$ PA SPEAKER TO YELL AT SPOTTER! :)

7) Just completed the 125K mile Lexus preventative maintenance

8) K&N air filter upgrade

9) Used Metal Tech skid plate (this thing sucks - I don't reccomend this to anyone b/c the friggen bolt heads stick out where you are supposed to "skid"....bad news for removing it and I now understand why the guy I bought it from didn't want it!)

I thought for sure there would be some rubbing once I flexed her out but there isn't ANY! Was considering a body lift BUT since there isn't any rubbing...going to pass on it.

For the short time I have had it, two of my friends were here to help me out. Thanks to them for keeping me up late to finish the job!
