I love this damn thing!!! I always wanted a cruiser and was looking for after not being insanely happy with my 3rd gen pajero. I found this cruiser at a lexus dealer and went to take a look. It was clean as could be for the miles to me. 1 owner, 33 service records available. I drove it....looked at the guy and told him to do what it takes to get me to leave in this. One thing lead to another and I was off! When looking for a LC I wasnt worried about miles. I was wanting to be able to tell/feel/see it was taken care of. This one ran me $4500 which to me was a good price for a good running rig with ALOT of money left to due things as needed.

Shes a 2000 LC. 100% Stock, just how I like to purchase them. I dont know exactly what I will get first....probably nothing to be honest. She does need a new gas tank skid plate as this one started to rust through. Also a ujoint or two....or 6. I am not sure yet. Will probably just do them all and go from there and see what I see fit as I go. But I am mentally committed to a blueberry bumper atleast....enough talk here she is with some first day shots, stretching her out, and than i removed the running boards. Also decided to go out and catch the rolling storm cloud.

Love it. Body and paint are in better shape than mine with almost half the miles.

Radiator is starting to brown. I'd change it sooner than later. Other than that, go through the fluids and do what needs to be done and just enjoy the hell out of it.

It doesn't surprise me a Lexus or Toyota dealer would want that on the lot - Imagine you're a sales guy showing a prospective buyer a 2016 LX570 or LC... and how nice it'd be to point to that beautiful 100 and say "A client just traded that one in... with over 400,000 miles..." Gonna be hard for the Escalade or Cayenne guys to top that"

I didnt even think of that. They had it parked all the way in the back when I got it. Went searching so I could look it over in piece with out some guy talking my ear off about something I happen to know more about than him.

My thoughts exactly, you dont get to 400k on a whim and decide to get rid of it when something goes wrong. They took amazing care of it and I am looking forward to many more yrs out of it

It really isnt bad...couldnt have been up north its whole life. The gas tank skid plate is rusted and breaking apart otherwise the rest doesnt look to bad to me
