Bought 863 and 863J to decide which springs will be optimal to help rear sag towing my trailer. Read all the post re both springs here in the forum for the last 2 weeks to determine which will be best for my application. Decided to have shop install the 863J. I like the ride, the rear does not feel heavy now except the stink bug look.
I dont want to crank the torsion bars to level it out.

Will the springs settle lower in time?

My springs have all settled about a half inch to 3/4 over time. The first half inch happens in the first week or so, the next quarter inch takes time.

Which springs would you use for Rear bumper no swingouts, ~100lbs of gear in the rear. Roof Rack etc. I tow a aluminum bass boat 2-3 times per year.. currently have 865s notsure if that will be enough.

Doesn't sound like a lot of weight. OEM springs can handle it
