No, that is a high heat, engine paint color by Duplicolor...it comes in a can. I stumbled on it and put it on everything now. The stuff is great. It sprays smooth and hardly ever runs.

I have used that paint color on knobs, racks, wheels, rear bumper and just about any metal parts for my cruiser. It isnt black and it isnt straight gray
