I am the proud new owner of a 2004 White LC. i hated coming back to work but will be heading out shortly to do some driving. Still waiting on the nav screen replacement (TSB) but other than that, she's a beaut. Quite the big bitch. Looking forward to contributing a little but mainly looking for ways to spend some cash on accessories and things to make it even more fun.

I am going back and forth as to whether or not i do an XM Radio install. One guy told me that it would have to be FM modulated - im not a huge fan of that..i may spend the funds somewhere else.. thoughts?

Congrats on the new ride. I'm not a good one for mod idea's, I think cruisers look the best stock. A stock cruiser has a well designed balanced look. Big tires only hurt the power to weight ratio since it takes more power to move them (you won't get anyone that went to 285 or larger tires to admit this but it's a fact and our cruisers are not known for their excess power). Big bumpers are great if you plan on taking it out and beating the hell out of it, but I wouldn't take a 2004 LC out and beat the crap out of it. I think you are on target with the sound upgrade with the XM addition. Then just drive it and enjoy.

Accessories to me are things like cargo shells and cool gadgets for the truck....Wont be messing with the stock look - especially with the Pkg B fender trim that came with it.....

Hopefully tomorrow......i told the guy at the dealership that i couldnt wait to get home and clean it. he was blown away as he thought they had just finished cleaning it....Zaino will do wonders for even the cleanest cars......thats my saturday fun.....

I just installed 285 NTGs on my '00 LX this morning and was pleasantly surprised at the performance. Even driving in the mountains near Denver (11k+ft) the performance hit from the larger tires was minor.
