New Noise???

My trucks making a new noise and it's got me a bit worried. A low hum/grind at highway speeds comming from the front passenger side.

I'll be checking the wheel bearings this weekend anything else I should look for? How much of a PITA is replacing bearings?

pretty easy to replace bearings...just need a 54mm socket and some c-clip pliars..
