Try tightening the belt a little and see if the sound changes or goes away. When its cold belts sometimes make noises until they are warmed up. You can also remove each belt, run it for a minute and see if the noise stops, this will give you an idea of which component is faulty.

Could possibly explain to me like newbie how to tighten the belt?
 
Each component has a pivot bolt and an adjusting bolt. Loosen the pivot and turn the adjuster bolt to tighten or loosen the component. Belts need to be tight but not to tight. Watch a tutorial on youtube about it to get more clarity. Video's pertaining to "V" belts, is what you are lookin for.

Watching it again I noticed a slight wobble in the belt that seems to coincide with the noise. By tightening it up the wobble may stop, eliminating the noise. You could also spray it with belt dressing. It is sold at most auto parts stores.
