New member.FJ40 newbie Q on fuel gage (1 Viewer)

cheers, soory to be so lame, but just picked up my 40, its my first, i crossed over from jeeps. my question is the rig has a SBC 350 and stock everything else, my fuel gage does not work, where do I start?

Welcome axlesnap. What year is your Cruiser?? I would start by checking all of the fuses and wiring connections, and find yourself a wiring diagram. Good luck!

Try using a ohm-meter at the sending unit. Welcome to Mud and to the 40 addiction. Post some pics up of your new rig.

for sure check the connections first. probably left unhooked from the conversion.
