Hello Everyone,


After seeing Land Cruisers traverse crazy roads around the globe, took a plunge and bought a 1991 HJ60 (HJ60LG-KN) Engine 2H

Now realizing that I need to learn quite a bit about this machine asking for your help of where I can buy parts ... if there is a thread I apologize as I could not find it.

• Oil Filter part number and place where I can order it in USA
• Side Mirrors (upgrades if possible)

Thank you found the oil filter on the site you recommended and looking for mirrors ... now looking for a tension pulley and air filters

I put OEM 62 series mirrors on my 60. They aren't cheap but they are super sturdy and look like they belong there!

Yeah hope so … right now trying to get maintenance done is mission impossible with all the foreign parts … learning the machine and collecting info

Is there a way to check a foreign VIN number somewhere? I do agree it sounds odd.

Will definitely check them out ... right now having bad luck getting parts matched up for Oil Filters.

Can anyone advise if I need special radiator fluid and does radiator reserve needs to be full its is at a minimum level?

Don't be afraid to use WIX brand filters, very good quality and available at napa.

the radiator reserve is usually about half full. Water is fine to top up. It should have the proper fluid in the radiator already if it's been well maintained.
