New here (Vienna)...need a 2F engine too (1 Viewer)

Hey guys...didn't find this category till now. I'm in Vienna and bought a '74 FJ40 in December. Was great until the crank seized . So now I'm looking for a good, used 2F engine to swap in there. Please let me know if anyone can be of help. Thanks!

That is a sharp looking 40. I don't know of anyone selling a 2F locally at this time but I am sure Lance at Iron Pig probably has a few engines for sale or would know who does. http://www.ironpigoffroad.com

Yeah I've been in touch with Lance. There's a couple around that I'm considering.

Some seem to not like them but I've had good luck with www.cruiserparts.net But, I just found out about iron pig and hope to use them instead in the future since their more local and accessable.

It's gonna be tough this weekend with the snow and not being able to drive my Cruiser in it for the first time But the wheels are in motion (pun intended) for the engine swap and should have it back in 2 weeks or so

UPDATE:

Just an update guys that I got my Cruiser back on the road. A used 2F, and more money then I had planned , I'm back cruisin the likes of Vienna, VA.

Got one for Gary Schmauch in PA. Had Iron Pig do the swap work.
