It's leveled. It has Icon 2.5 VS IR coilovers on the front. Not lifted on the rear but has Icon 2.5 VS NR shocks on the rear.

I'm not able to say because I purchased it this way. My neighbor also has a Heritage Edition with stock suspension so I'll have to do a comparison at some point.
Overall I like the handling and it seems pretty comfortable. We also have a Land Rover LR4 and it definitely doesn't ride as well as the air suspension in that truck but I don't have any complaints so far.
My only surprise was how much the rear sags when I pull our small camping trailer (tongue weight of about 275 lbs). Seems like that is pretty common though.
