Price: $325 plus shipping

in South American trucks, they equipped later model 40’s with either 3 or 4 speeds.

looks really shiny, is it all metal?

Yes. It’s all metal. Happy to take close up images.

Learned that the hard way when installing my block, 4transmission and transfer case into my early 74 fj40 that came with a 3speed. Had the tunnel and gas tank in and had to remove to finish mounting the drivetrain. They look great! Surprised now one has jumped on that yet. GLWTS

That's the hard way @cims1970fj40 for sure! Appreciate your comment.

This transmission tunnel cover is in great shape. No rust or holes filled with any filler. I examined it closely and would be happy to do an inspection via video to anyone interested in buying it. Just PM me.

I'm considering blasting it down to bare metal and cutting the hole and welding in nuts and selling it for twice the amount.
