I bet I put 1500 miles on over the summer, but the roadster season will soon come to an end. The windshield sure makes evening driving more pleasant and so do the headlights I hooked up in August. Just some 10 ga wire and a heavy duty toggle switch on the dash. No relay, no high beams. The safety glass is sandwiched in between the fabricated steel frame and an inner frame. The glass is in a a 'U' shaped rubber channel and the whole business is clamped together with 10-24 stainless pan head machine screws on 5" centers. I was inspired by the windshield on the B-17 bomber while watching a WW2 movie.
