Wanted Needed: gas tank cover for '78 FJ

I'm in the process of repairing/restoring a FJ 40 that I've owned for a few years. The previous owner welded a custom seat frame to the top of the gas tank cover ... and the tabs are rusted off, too ... so I'm looking for a replacement gas tank cover.

Here is what I have:
The black one has been linex on the top and the bottom in is good condition $30
The red one has a little of rust on one of the edges, but not to bad $25
All the tabs are still on there
