Just get a Toyota gasket and tell the yahoo installer to apply adhesive to the glass/rubber seam. Any installer can do it, again just make sure adhesive is used between the glass and gasket, no need for it around the body.
By random life went to PnP today with a friend to find some crap which i did. Got me some cdl switches, a rocker switch for my winch control and some 1970's caddy horns LOL. Dont know if i like them yet because they scream OG but ill mount them and see how people react when theyre looking for a boat tailed caddy and see a lifted cruiser.
Windshield replacement is 159 installed.... I just about shat my pants!!! Im going to order a new gasket tomorrow then go back, anyone need any little pieces from there?
Ben, FSM says to seal glass to gasket then gasket to body...no?
lol I like submissive obedience. I'm on my second replacement windshield, dad's on his first replacement and they all leaked around the glass, never around the body. Make sure the installer wipes the frame so that it is clean when the gasket/glass goes in.
