My FJ accelerator is sticking, actually I think the linkage is sticking but the accelerator spring is not fully extending the pedal and it is like my FJ is on cruise control at about 15 mph. I can tap the pedal back up with my foot but that only fixes it until the next time I hit the gas. I have had 2 mechanics look at it who regularly fix vintage Toyotas. I am being told I need a new linkage but they cannot find the spring which is believed to be part # 78110A (??). Also need 78103 and 78104 which are the rods. Would greatly appreciate help sourcing this part! Would gladly pay for custom fabrication if thats the only solution. Many thanks in advance
