At the drag strip.
I need a quick answer for this question as I need to leave for work in about 20 minutes. My speedo started bouncing. Does the 94 cruiser use a speedo cable or is it electronicly controlled?
Thanks for the help in advance.

Electronic.

thanks cdan. I'm gonna have to take a look at it tonight at work if I have time.

did you get to work safely?

do you need speedo help when going slow too?

isn't there some sort of big mech cable coming out of the trans -the one with the leaking Oring-? If so, where is it converted to an electric signal and why not doing it at the trans itself?
enquiring minds want to know!

The sender attaches directly to the speedometer driven gear sleeve, just like the cable would attach.
