OME used to sell individual add a leafs that you could add to the front for more weight carrying capacity. If it were me, I'd give Kurt at Cruiser Outfitters a call. He's not only a Cruiserhead but he's a Mechanical Engineer and has a really good understanding of weight and spring rates.
