Need Measurements for placement of Rear hinges '78 FJ40 (1 Viewer)

I need to have some measurements from a ambulance door equipped FJ40. I need from the top of the tub to the top of the hinge, and from the side of the hinge to the side of the quarter panel. thanks

From the top of the rubber seal 2 7/8"

and 5/16" in from fold edge, door closed measurement.
