I’m working on a 74 FJ40 and currently running a 4” TPI lift with 2 inch shackles. I also have a later model front axle with disc brakes and going to run my hardline on the front as it does from 9/75 and up.
I’m having a shop locally make the soft lines that go from the chassis to the axle for both front and rear and would like to know what would be a good length to have it extended based on my setup. Any help would be much appreciated. The shop is planning on working on it tomorrow. Thanks

If I were you, I'd use a jack and raise the frame as high as possible to droop the axles. Then, just use a rope or string to see how long you need them. I wouldn't go by someone else's measurements online... too many variables.

Good point and idea! Thanks
