Need Ideas: Replacing Overhead DVD Player (1 Viewer)

My previous rig had a DVD player. For the 100 I'm using a lenova tablet that was sitting around. Bought a tablet stand and planning to get infrared transmitter for the headphones we currently have. I down load movies for free and the kids watch on the go. No bs-ing with discs. Google android download free movies with Firefox. There's a couple YouTube vids on it. The kids can also take tablet to the tent and else where. Better than just a overhead setup imo.

Still haven't made a final decision on this. Have been riding around with the hole in the headliner for a while now. Anyway, it's starting to look like a couple pairs of USB charging ports will be installed with a couple of ram mounts that can fold up out of the way. I saved the metal backing plate and the plastic surround so that I can fabricate something in the old spot.

Also looking at placing a large powerful magnet, wrapped in matching interior leather, up there as well. Why you may ask? Because the frame of a glock is flat and made of metal... ...and a properly sized magnet makes for the perfect quick access to a handgun when you turn the corner of a logging trail at deer camp and happen upon a whole mess of Texas wild hogs! Of course shotguns work best in these situations, but having the handgun at the ready and clear of any obstructions seems like good thing.

I have a 4runner, and I took out the broken DVD player recently.

Is there any kind of like aftermarket plastic piece to screw into the factory holes? Something to make it look clean?
