Can you cut the rotten areas out and weld in some new stuff? Have it done a welding shop?
POR-15 will also seal a rusted pan pretty good.

Ya...its pretty bad...found 4 holes so far after cleaning up...took to welder and he said there isnt enough to weld to.. I cleaned areas real well w/ carb cleaner then JB welded the areas affected (bandaid) but it needs to be replaced. Put a call into Marv. at Spector and he's looking around. Hey ist just $$$$ S#*T !!!
Never tried before...but can pan be replaced w/ engine installed...need to get engine/trans in this weekend..!!

i jb welded my oil pan several months ago , after being told how much a used on was worth 
, i sprayed on rubberized rock gaurd after as well , no problems so far .
i cant figure out how the hell the oil pans rust out with all that oil in there
and my pan has it all over the bottom as well .
