Need help to ID part

Hi. Am new here.

Having some problems getting the part ID for this screw plate cover. Anyone able to help?

81497-60020 Right
81498-60020 Left

Note that this part wasn't removable on 08-15 200s, the headlight and that cover are all one piece. On 16 they added that, I'm guessing to make it easier to remove leaves and junk.. speaking from experience here.
