Need help on lug nuts for these wheels

Does anyone know what the correct lug nut size is for these wheels?
It is not mag style 14mm x 1.50 threads as they don't thread all the way in.

Looks like 91/92 fj80 or early 4runner wheels. Might want to check if they fit.
