Hi Everyone - I have a "tink tink" type noise after my 05 LC is warmed up. It continues throughout the drive, stopped, and until it cools down.
I've read the various threads regarding catalytic converter and heat shield rattles and tried many clamps with no success. Many = 4 clamps on each heat shield. I've also used rubber mallet to try and identify and it sounds like the heat shields OR could it be the cats? I don't have any CEL's nor reduced performance. This noise is driving me crazy and I'm ready to remove the heat shields if the general concurrence is that is the issue and I won't create other issues.
