Need help identify random rusted parts (1 Viewer)

I’m trying to replace some random items that have rusted out, but I don’t know what they are and this don’t know how to find their replacements without taking it to a shop (which I’d rather avoid).

If anyone knows what either of the items pictured below are called, I’d appreciate the help so I can try to track down new ones online.

Until someone else does the work you can poke around parts diagrams on partssouq.com and look. Also helps to put the year and model of truck in your sig.

the one in the top pic looks like a heat shield thats welded to the frame, you could just use an exhaust wrap to help keep the heat down in that area
