I got my head back from the machine shop and the the keyhole on the intake valve is facing down at the six o'clock position. My mechanic said it needs to at the 12 o'clock position. He says that if he rotates the cam 180 degrees the other cam will be 180 degrees off. The cams are currently aligned at the 2 dot position. My question: Is this the way the cam should be positioned or has that gear been put on 180 degree off my Toyota. I got this cam from McGeorge Toyota. Thanks, as always, my fellow mudders!
