Need help finding info on replacing the screen/nav/control center and having a hard time (1 Viewer)

I’ve read the FAQ and have done a bunch of searches, but my searches are coming up empty.

I have an 03 lx470 and I want to replace the screen/interface. I’m looking for something that would add a backup camera and Apple CarPlay.

Can someone help me with this or point me in the direction of a relevant thread?
