Need help finding a trailer hitch receiver for 1986 FJ60 (1 Viewer)

Can anyone recommend a trailer hitch that works on an fj60 with the bumper that I have? I’ve looked into Curt and the one class 1 trailer they make Is too small with a max load of 2500lbs. I’ll be towing 2 wave runners and would think I need a class 2 3500lb max trailer. My local welder can make one, but not Until late August and I’m ready to tow now.
I’ve attached a picture of my bumper is has 2 bolts above and 2 bolts below the center line. I’ve also attached a picture of my trailer. I found this picture of a trailer hitch that attaches to those center bolts that I think would work. I’d really appreciate your input, so please let me know.

I have a thread on one hitch and wiring setup and there are a couple of other ones out there. I don't have it bookmarked but I went to google and searched "FJ60 Tow setup" and it was the first result. The search tool on the MUD forum is a little clunking but google works really well for finding Mud threads. Simply lead in with FJ60 and then your topic of interest and 9 times out of 10 MUD forum threads come up in the results.

I've thrown so many away over the years. They were dealer installed on thousands so try the Cruiser wrecking yards like
