Need HELP figuring out wheels for my FJ…. (1 Viewer)

I am looking to replace the wheels on my first FJ as the old rims are cracked….I am looking for either 16x7 or 16x8 rims….keep reading about “backspacing”…and not sure what that is. Either way this search is driving me to drink…

Looking at these PRO COMP STEEL WHEELS and wondering if they will work with the 4.25” backspacing? Confused here for sure……any 16x7 or 16x8 recommendations with links to them would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all in advance for helping this newbie out.
