NEED HELP: Exhaust Manifold leak? (1 Viewer)

A local emission's shop said they just found a crack in the exhaust manifold...
Said the crack is what caused it to fail emissions at idle, but it passed great while running. This is a 1987 FJ60, so this is the last year it needs an emissions inspection in Seattle.
Anyone out there know: 1) if this repair is necessary? 2) How much it
should cost to fix? and 3) Anyone in the Seattle area that would be a good person to go to to fix this? Thanks.

I don't know much about Seattle, WA emissions regs, but if you can run a header, that's the way I'd go.
