Need help dont know where to go from here!

Argh!

I have a 86 fj60, I have drained tank, had the carb rebuilt, blew out all the fuel lines, changed the fuel filter, new plugs and wires, changed oil,
And now have spent the last 4.5 hours changing out all the vacuum lines!

At first she idles great no hesitation what so ever. Goes in reverse fine, put her in first gear and get up to 1000 rpms and she stutters and stalls!
At that point don't even think about restarting her! I push her back to the drive way wait 10-20 mins and she starts fine again with no prob!

What else can I do? Seriously I'm at my wits end here! Last couple nights outside working till the neighbors complain!!!!

Fuel pump maybe?

Will it hold revs higher than 1,000 in neutral?

New lines don't guarantee the components they are connecting are functioning properly.

Have you checked your distributor? Egr valve? Coil?
