Just about finished on my 76 restore. It currently is sporting dual flowmasters running out of a 283 SBC from a 59 vette.

I want to quiet the thing and go single exhaust. Anyone know of a good and fair priced muffler shop in the Salem Oregon area???

I'm getting $500.00 quotes so far on the phone.. And thats just redonkulous for such a simple install.

todd's custom exhaust its not in salem but in McMinville OR. about 30 min. away he can build you anthing and for a fair price

I don't know Salem's exhaust places. I've gone to Albany Wheel and Exhaust for years, 541-926-2732. I don't know about cost comparison, but Mike knows his business when it comes to exhaust and brakes. You'll often find older vehicles setting there in various stages of work being made over into rods or drag cars.
