Need engine rebuild or conversion (1 Viewer)

I have a 77 fj40 2F motor that needs to be rebuilt. You guys know any shops or anyone that can do it for me? I'm also thinking about the possibility of doing conversion (diesel). Really appreciate the help.

I had Motor Works rebuild mine and I've been fairly happy with it. Everything out the door was around $2400
I had S & J quote me out and they wanted north of 5k.

Though with the full rebuild, new carb, radiator, and other associated costs, I likely could've gone with a lower-mileage V8 swap and gotten more bang for my buck.
