NEED A FRAME DIMENSION FOR MY 40 (1 Viewer)

I need to get the frame section height at the intermediate crossmember (the one forward of where the shocks mount) for my '69. I don't have my truck here and i need to go pick up some materials and this dimension is critical for me.

Tape measure on my frame says 4 3/4 inside 5 1/4 outside
This is 1/8 accuracy ....Did you checkthe frame dimensions in the TECH section?
