Southern 1996 FZJ80 - NOT triple locked

Background info:
Landcruiser lived in Houston, Mobile and New Orleans (not during Katrina).
I purchased it in October 2015 with 188xxx miles and a clean CarFax. I have a folder maintaining all records on the vehicle from the PO beginning 2001 and have the original window sticker.
Vehicle was unmolested when I purchased it and I have added the following:
Falken Wildpeak AT 285 75 16 - installed at 188500 miles (11/2015)
Aftermarket bumper from MUD member, painted grill, DENSO lights - (01/2016)
OME 2850(F) and 2860(R) Coils, Bilstein Shocks, Extended bumpstops and Man-a-Fre brackets - (03/2016)
Replace rear rotors/pads - (10/2016)
AJIK rear swing out tire carrier with matching full size Falken spare
Replace all belts - (06/2018)
Replace AC Compressor/Expansion Valve and Dryer - DENSO - (02-2020)
OME SD24 Steering Stabilizer - (04/2020)
Replace front brake pads - (05/2020)
New Battery - (01/2021)
Tune up - Spark plugs/wires/cap and rotor - (09/2021)
Aftermarket radio and wired back-up camera & Weathertech Floor Mats - (12-2021)
Oil/filter change/grease, new various light bulbs, tire rotation done on regular intervals. Wheels are Plasti-Dip.
The good: clean truck, never mudded or abused, cruises on interstate at 75 like it should. Interior is good. All glass intact and free from cracks. (See pics)
Everything works unless noted below.
The bad: Paint is not perfect. (See pics)
Drivers side rear door lock does not respond to automatic switch. Must manually lock and unlock.
Windshield wiper fluid does not pump.
Front power seats do not move electronically forward and back (all other motion works). Can move seats forward and back with 10mm socket.
Rust under rear window trim (See pics)
Has normal undercarriage occasional drip you'd expect from a 27 year old truck.
Both my kids learned to drive on this thing. It's never left me stranded. Hate to sell it, but I have a 40 to play with and not enough time for 2 LCs.
If you have questions...I'll try to answer them. If you want more pics, I'll try to take them. If you have a friend nearby that wants to scout it out for you, that's cool too.
This isn't a perfect 80 Series, but it is pretty cool. I don't get offended and am open to reasonable offers.
