Hey ya'll, ended up switching to a driver drop axle after completely rebuilding and setting up a GM60 (I hate money).

Axle was sandblasted, primed and coated with steelit then loaded up with all the goodies

Crane axle hi steer knuckles and interlocking keyed arms - Wide Open Design
Crane axle spring eliminator kit - Wide Open Design
All new hub bearings - ECGS
New 35 spline slugs - ECGS
Chromoly 35 spline axle shafts inners and outers - Yukon
Yukon super joints - Yukon
Brand new spindles, spindle bushings and axle shaft seals/stone guard - ECGS

Barnes GM dana 60 axle truss - Barnes 4wd

Gears and locker were setup by Andy Zuber. Axle is built and ready for the truss to be welded on when you set your pinion.

You might be better off picking up a driver drop axle, gear set and swapping everything else over... I have a bit more in my front axle and it is hard to explain the cost to people. GLWS

For sure, i thought about it but ended up getting a steering 14 bolt built by wide open design. I needed a certain offset to get the driveshaft where i wanted for my buggy build.

The right buyer will come along one day, but you’re right most folks don’t know just how expensive it is to build a 60 like this.
