true they aren't going to give you a drivers license... would be awesome if they did

Lucky you... most likely a crap shoot. I think Quinton had the same thing happen to him but he just sent back the tags and didn't pay the fine. I paid it in the end so if I ever for some reason move back there I don't have to deal with whatever the fine would balloon up to.
