I pulled the Toyota service history (which was spotty), on the last service it was mentioned the AHC not working and the owner did not authorize it to be fixed

For what it's worth, I went and checked it out and wasn't impressed for the price. The interior is ROUGH (speakers missing, leather torn, marks on the interior ceiling)... basically not a show-worthy car by any means.

However, the back seats are practically brand new and it has been in AZ for its entire life... no rust. Looks like a 3" lift on it as well. Tried to haggle on price, but he wasn't budging. Maybe you'll have better luck.
