Name this Product/Toyota Part #

I tried searching but came up empty. I needed to replace one of my tail light covers. The black plastic piece that is between the tail light assembly and the body. I need to purchase some of that black sticky stuff. The product is also used on the door vapor barriers (I believe).

Does anyone know the part number of this product? My local dealership was at a loss .
