Does anyone know if this is just a white HDJ 80 or is it a specific series that came out in Europe and or other parts of the world?

This looks not like a HDJ. I think it's an HZJ80. 4.2l Diesel naturally aspirated, no flares. I have the same model. Wheels look like Dotz Dakar.
