Mystery yellow light under dash (1 Viewer)

Well... this has been under my dash (driver side) and I never noticed it, even though I've used Techstream several times.

It's never been on before.

Yesterday a check engine light came on, went to hook up Techstream and noticed this bulb is ON.

Anyone know what it might be?

I have a couple of those. My assumption is that they are there to replace the dome light that was displaced by the DVD player.

Something aftermarket as that looks to have been drilled into the HVAC tubing for the nut cooler. Does you vehicle have an aftermarket alarm by chance?
