I have three mystery parts I’m hoping the collective wisdom can help me solve:

One is a hose clamp that I can’t seem to find a replacement for anywhere. It appears OEM and is on the hoses that go to the rear heater. Regular yup hose clamps are too bulky to fit under the cover. Any ideas for a source or similar replacement?

2nd is something on the hood that looks like washer fluid would come out of, except it doesn’t. Looks OEM but haven’t seen it on pics of other hoods.

3rd is this relay under the steering column. Was this for the original radio? Wires coming in to it appear to be white/black stripe and blue/orange or red stripe.

thank you all, none are essential by any means but they’ve been on my mind for a while now.

1st-old hose clamp, garbage now, you rolled the cotter pin and it tightened the band
2nd- no idea
3rd- dummy nozzle on later hoods that still had the cut out for the squirter before the squirter moved to the top of the windshield frame

On #1, Agreed that the old hose clamp is toast. Any suggestions on a replacement?

I believe the plug is for a throttle position switch for CA smog. My 78 is a CA truck and it has the switch with that plug as part of the power valve circuit.

The OEM clamp looks like this:
The most likely stock clamp for the stock hose (small diameter) has a part no. of 96112-10220. If your hose is thicker than stock, this may not fit. Next size up is 96112-10250.

Agree with @73FJ40. Replace those non-reversible cotter pin clamps with double wire OEM clamps or stainless repos from City Racer. When you’re done your rear heater connections will look like this. Note that I replaced my rear brass pipes with gates hoses. Much improved over the brass and fewer joints.

Thanks @73FJ40 and @AntFarm , I’ll add some of those to my next order from the dealer. Interesting idea switching from brass.

Much appreciated

Thanks, that would make sense. Truck came from out west, could have been in CA originally.
