mystery part - plastic clip found under rear seat of fj62 (1 Viewer)

looking for name or location (or both) for these two clips (assuming related to folding rear seat)

Those clips were the factory seat belt recall parts. IIRC they were intended to hold the outer two seat belts so they would retract evenly. I sold my '84 FJ60 that had these parts early this year, so can't provide any other details.
